• Dear Jane, How are you doing? I’ve been obsessed with this dish I tried recently. Last weekend, I tried Cupbop’s Rock Bop, their fried chicken rice bowl. The chicken was crispy and coated in a sweet and spicy sauce that struck a nice balance. It came with rice and chewy noodles, which added a fun texture. It stood out to me for its creamy coconut milk base, which gave the dish a silky texture, while the herbs and chilies kept the flavor lively. Paired with jasmine rice, it was warm and satisfying.
