Good Table Manners Are Important
We eat three times a day. Sometimes we eat out at restaurants. When we eat with other people, it is important to maintain good table manners.
Say ¡°Thank you¡± when your food is served. Do not start eating until food is served to everyone. Eat with your fork and spoon or chopsticks. Don¡¯t use your fingers. Also, eat your food with your mouth closed. Do not make loud noises while chewing. And do not speak when your mouth is full of food. Eat your food slowly, while enjoying the taste. If the food is too big, cut it into smaller pieces. Do not complain about the food even if you don¡¯t like it. When you need to go to the restroom, say ¡°Excuse me.¡± Always keep good table manners! |
