How many times do you laugh a day? Did you know that laughing is good for you? It makes you feel good. It makes your heart stronger, too! So try to laugh a lot. Laughter is free. But it helps you stay healthy and happy!
Doctors say that if you laugh 100 times, it¡¯s the same as jogging for 10 minutes. This means that laughter is also an exercise. You can also lower stress levels with a good laugh. Laughter helps release anger and sadness in a safe way. A good laugh can also make you smarter. Your brain works better if you laugh a lot. Many tests showed that laughter can improve your memory, too. Lots of laughter in your life will make you happier and healthier. So, why don¡¯t we try to laugh more?
