Sweet Dreams!
Did you sleep well last night? Sleep is very important. It gives you energy. If you sleep well, you feel great. If you don¡¯t, you feel tired.
You are busy every day. You have to study at school. You also play with your friends and do many other things. Of course, you have to do your homework, too! By the end of the day, you feel very tired. Yes, you need to rest.
Sleep helps your body rest for the next day. Doctors say children need 9-12 hours of sleep each night. Get enough sleep and stay healthy!
