Animals in Danger of Extinction0According to the International Union for Conservation of Nature, there are more than 6,000 species around the world confirmed to be critically endangered. ¡°There are literally thousands of species which could go extinct by 2030,¡± said Tierra Curry, a senior scientist at the Center for Biological Diversity. According to Kai Chan, a professor at the University of British Columbia, ¡°One big category of animals most likely to go extinct by 2030 are species that we know almost nothing about.¡± He added, ¡°These animals are more likely than most to go extinct because we¡¯re actually pretty good at saving animals we know are threatened. We¡¯re not good at preventing animals we barely know about from getting to the brink of extinction or even going extinct.¡± Due to a slew of factors, including climate change and human activity, scientists predict that we may lose more than 500,000 species in the next 10 years. Sumatran rhinos, one of the many species that Curry believes will vanish by 2030, used to roam all over Asia, including India, Vietnam, China, and Thailand. Some officials believe their numbers are now somewhere in the 30s. Other animals on Curry¡¯s list include Lange¡¯s metalmark butterflies, Maui dolphins, red wolves, Kauai akepas, Chinese pangolins, and vaquitas. Okay, There are animals that we don't know and that animal is in the brick of on extinct. So I think this article wants to say that we should love all the animals. Except the harmful ones. But we should just kill them. Be cause it could bring a big problem to the food chain. (I wrote it all, Honest.)
