Not just countries in Africa, like Philippine, there was very strong typhoon on Philippine about a month ago, may be? Anyway, it was recorded as a strongest typhoon too. And Hurricane Katrina, was storngest hurricane ever. It was long ago maybe, 2005 I remember? It was like I was age 4. So do you think we have to help the countries that struck by natural disasters? I think we have to help them. Many people are saying that saving Korea is the number one project, but thing is, if we help the other country now, we can be get praise from other countries, or maybe UN, and just like Philippine, if Korea sufffers from the natural disasters, like earthquakes or typhoon(There are lots of typhoon in Korea's summer) and other powerful natural disasters, the country that we helped can help us. It is how the society work. Now, helping others are like wasting our money and resources, but if we need help, the other countries can help us. For example, like Turkey and Korea. Turkey helped Korea in 1950s, in Korea civil wars. And 2002 world cup, Turkey and Koera become good friend country, and now, Korea is helping Turkey. That's a good effect.
